Behind the Scenes of a 300-Delegate International MICE Program in Ho Chi Minh City
Last week, My Vietnam Tours, powered by Lua Viet Tours, successfully delivered a multi-day international MICE program for more than 300 delegates in Ho Chi Minh City.
The program featured four days of meetings and indoor events at Hotel Nikko Saigon, followed by thoughtfully curated cultural experiences that introduced delegates to the city’s vibrant atmosphere beyond the conference room.

Long before the first delegate arrived, the Lua Viet Tours team conducted a comprehensive site inspection at the venue to ensure every aspect of the program was fully prepared.

Following a full day of meetings at Hotel Nikko Saigon, delegates enjoyed a welcome dinner cruise aboard the Indochina Queen on the Saigon River.

While delegates enjoyed an evening of networking on the Saigon River, the Lua Viet Tours operations team continued coordinating transportation, guest movements, boarding procedures and on-site logistics to ensure every transition remained smooth and efficient.

After the performance, guests enjoyed free time to explore the area around the Opera House and Nguyen Hue Walking Street at their own pace. These moments allowed participants to experience Ho Chi Minh City’s vibrant nightlife and authentic urban atmosphere beyond the formal event schedule.

While delegates enjoyed their free evening in the city, the operations team remained on standby until every guest had safely returned to the hotel.
