According to Outbox Company, the top brands ranking in the domestic tourism industry is based on popularity and awareness gathered by Vietnamese audiences in 2023. 

Sourcing from Vietnam Travel Market Tracker model, in which they monitored the travel behavior of domestic tourists throughout the year. The ranking shows favor to brands that received recognition and reflect good performance in the long run.

• Top Airlines 

Placed foremost in the Top 10, Vietnam Airlines held the best performance and secured themselves as the top pick for domestic travelers. Their reputation adds greatly to the country’s tourism percentage and is considered the most well-known brand that represents Vietnam.   

In addition, Vietjet Air is the runner-up that has more international flights and is known for its rather different policies than the other. With abrupt flow throughout four quarters, Vietravel Airlines and Bamboo Airlines, Jetstar placed themselves in the top 5 most popular choices. 

Moreover, international airlines such as Air Asia, Singapore Airlines, Korean Air, and Thai Smile Airways indicated leading labels that attract a large number of domestic visitors to abroad nations. 

• Top Hotels 

In terms of services and accommodations, with the highest brand awareness chosen by Vietnamese tourists in 2023, Novotel and Sheraton have the most elevated percentage and steady flow in four quarters. 

Followed by JW Marriott, InterContinental and Hilton gathered quite an impressive effusion in the last quarters of the year. The remaining positions included Pullman, Sofitel, Fusion, Hyatt, and Melia.
