Ho Chi Minh City Ranked Among Asia’s Top Nightlife Destinations
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s largest metropolis, has been ranked third in the Asia-Pacific region for nightlife experiences, according to the 2025 Asia-Pacific Best Cities report by global business consulting firm Resonance.

The ranking evaluated 140 cities based on the number of highly rated nightlife venues—including bars, pubs, and clubs—on Tripadvisor, with a focus on those receiving four stars or higher.
Ho Chi Minh City is known for its dynamic and energetic nightlife, featuring bustling pedestrian streets, vibrant clubs, and late-night entertainment hubs. The famous Bui Vien Walking Street, stretching 1,400 meters, is packed with bars, nightclubs, dance venues, and restaurants, making it one of the busiest nightlife spots in Vietnam.
The city also boasts around 500 karaoke parlors, bars, and discos, catering to both locals and tourists looking for an exciting night out.

Another Vietnamese city, Da Nang, also made onto the list, ranking 10th in the region. Known for its stunning beaches, Da Nang has recently transformed its pedestrian bridges into lively nightlife venues to attract more international visitors.
With its diverse entertainment options, bustling streets, and electric atmosphere, Ho Chi Minh City continues to establish itself as one of the best nightlife destinations in Asia.
