BLACK VIRGIN MOUNTAIN AND CU CHI TUNNELS

Pick up at the hotel in HCM city. Then, transfer to the scenic complex of Ba Den Mountain – “roof of the Southeast”. Coming to Ba Den Station – certified by the Guinness World Record as the largest station in the world, the group will experience two modern cable lines in turn: 

• The Hang Pagoda cable car system: takes you to the cultural and spiritual complex of Ba and Hang Pagodas (Hang Pagoda Station).
• The Dinh Dong – Tam An cable car to the top of Mount Ba, admires the highest bronze Buddha statue in Asia, and enjoys a panoramic view of Tay Ninh and Dau Tieng lake from above.

Enjoy buffet lunch. Then, the group goes down the mountain. 

• Continue to arrive at Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh – a unique architectural style that reflects the blended religious traditions of Caodaism, which combine elements of Buddhism, Christianity, and Confucianism. 

Check in the hotel. Enjoy dinner at the restaurant with Tay Ninh specialties such as Trang Bang rice paper.

Freely explore the city at night. Overnight in Tay Ninh.

We will leave Tay Ninh and arrive at Cu Chi Tunnel to gain a deeper understanding of the war’s tactics and learn about the resilience of Vietnamese people.

Explore your excursion by watching a documentary film about one of the most sophisticated man-made tunnels, together with its extraordinary wartime legends, and:

• Walking in the jungle and visiting the tunnel’s trap doors, underground quarters, secret entrances, bunkers, and underground hideouts.
• Crawling into the tunnels and enjoying the extraordinary and fantastic feeling. See sleeping quarters, meeting rooms, and hospitals underground.
• Visit huge bomb craters left from the war and the underground kitchen: Hoang Cam

          Stove.

• Relaxing with shooting real guns at the rifle range of Cu Chi Tunnels (personal expense).
• Taking a rest, enjoy tapioca – the main food served during the war.
