• • 8:15 Start the day with a welcome drink at Hai Scout Cafe.
  • Then, start visiting Hoi An’s colorful main market, and experience its amazing sights, sound and aromas. Have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.

• Board the Red Bridge boat for a leisure cruise along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School.

• On arrival, explore the herb and vegetable garden before learning about some of Vietnam’s best-known dishes. After that, the lesson begins:

• Brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).
• Recipes (contains no MSG):

• Making Fresh Rice Paper.

• Fresh Rice Paper Rolls of Shrimps.

• Crispy Hoi An Pancakes with Shrimp, Herbs & Peanut Sauce.

• Seafood Salad with Tra Que Herbs.

• Mi Quang Chicken Noodles.

• Food Decoration – Tomato Rose & Vietnamese Cucumber Hand Fan.

Lunch includes the above dishes as well as: BBQ Lemongrass Beef.

Finish the cook class at approximately 12:30 p.m. Back to the hotel and rest.

Have dinner. 

• Leisurely explore Hoi An ancient town on your way.
• Or enjoy the cultural performance show “Memories of Hoi An” or the brilliant show “Teh Dar”, which introduce Hoi An’s history and traditional soul from the beginning (personal expense).

Have breakfast and check out at the hotel. Then transfer to Da Nang city, Start your trip visiting:

• My Son Sanctuary, a complex of ancient Hindu temples that date back to the Champa Kingdom. The site is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and showcases the rich cultural and architectural heritage of Vietnam.

Then, have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, explore:

• Linh Ung Bai But Pagoda, a majestic Buddhist temple located on Son Tra Peninsula 
• The Marble Mountain. You can climb up the stairs or take an elevator to reach the top, where you can see panoramic views of the city and the sea. 

Have dinner. Back to the hotel and rest. Explore Da Nang city at night. Overnight in Danang.

Have breakfast and check out at the hotel.

Move to Vinh Truong Port – Nha Trang:

• Excursion by speedboat to Robinson. On the way, you will pass by Swiftlet Cave – The home of the birds that bring a lot of value to the people of Khanh Hoa.

• Explore the Swiftlet Caves scattered on Nha Trang Bay and learn about the customs and characteristics of the swiftlet birds. (outside only)
• Arrive at Robinson Beach – welcome you with a long sandy beach. Here you can swim in the sea and relax on the beautiful beach.

Enjoy lunch at the restaurant on the island. 

• Afternoon, arrive at Tam Islet using a mud bath and mineral bath service and infinity pool unique looking out over Nha Trang Bay. The boat takes you back to the mainland, rest at the hotel.

Have dinner. Free time to explore the night market and more activities you like in Nha Trang city. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Have breakfast at the hotel.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure and relax by the pool or on the sandy beach.

Have lunch with local specialties.

Have lunch and check out the hotel. Transfer to Cam Ranh city. Depart from Cam Ranh Airport (CXR) and arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in HCMC.

After arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport, transfer to Ho Chi Minh city for check in. 

Have dinner at the restaurant. After that:

• Free time to explore Ho Chi Minh city nightlife, visit iconic destinations such as: City People’s Committee and Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Bui Vien Walking Street.

Guide and driver meet and pick you up at the hotel. Start to visit the must-see places in Ho Chi Minh city: 

• Visit Ben Thanh Market – a symbol of Saigon from past to present to shop for souvenirs, gifts, or local food.

• Stop at the Saigon Central Post Office – one of the famous monuments in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Here, you can write and send your own letter to your loved ones like in the 90th century. 
• Take a photo with Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral – one of the must-see attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. (outside only) 

Have lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, head to Chinatown. See colorful Chinese architecture and traditional medicine shops abound.

• Explore the lively and colorful Binh Tay Market. With a long history as a symbol of Vietnam’s ancient commerce, Binh Tay Market today provides the necessary products not only for the Chinese community but also for anyone who needs a competitive price. As an indispensable part of local life, this market will show you how to react and negotiate like a local by buying something.
• Next, you will enjoy “Ha Ky Sweet Soup Dessert”.
• Final stop is Ba Thien Hau Temple, which is more than 200 years old, and enriches the local culture by showcasing the authentic Chinese architecture and providing a comfortable worship space. 

Back to your hotel. Free time to explore Ho Chi Minh city nightlife.

Have breakfast at hotel, start our journey back to Vietnam in 90th century by visiting:

• One of the famous history museums in Vietnam – War remnants museum to explore the heroic past of Vietnam. 

Have lunch at a restaurant and relax.

After lunch, you will be transferred to Cu Chi. There, you will arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels and experience many interesting activities, such as:

• Watching a documentary film about one of the most sophisticated man-made tunnels and its extraordinary wartime legends.
• Walking in the jungle and visiting the trap doors, underground quarters, secret entrances, bunkers, and hideouts of the tunnel system.
• Crawling into the tunnels and experiencing the special and fantastic feeling of being inside them. You will see the sleeping quarters, meeting rooms, and hospitals that were used by the Viet Cong.
• Visiting the huge bomb craters left from the war and the underground kitchen, where you will see the Hoang Cam Stove that helped to conceal smoke from cooking.
• Relaxing by shooting real guns at the rifle range of Cu Chi Tunnels (personal expense).
• Taking a break and tasting tapioca, the main food served during the wartime.

Afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh city. Back to the hotel. Have dinner.

Have breakfast and check out at the hotel. Depart to My Tho province.

• Drive to My Tho. On the way, stop by to visit the ancient pagoda more than 100 years old – Vinh Trang pagoda, the largest Buddhist temple in Tien Giang province.

Drive to the boat wharf and then board the boat to continue the journey along the banks of the Mekong River. Admire the beauty of four islands named by the four mythical creatures: Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle and Phoenix.

• Stop at Unicorn Island (Thoi Son island) to visit crocodile farm, honey farm and enjoy glasses of honey tea – very good for health. You will also visit coconut candy village, experience making coconut candy by hand.

Have lunch and take a short rest. Return to My Tho by boat and depart to Can Tho city. 

Arrive in Can Tho city. Have dinner. Free time to explore the night market and more activities you like in Can Tho city:

• Walk around the streets at night to discover “Tay Do” shimmering colors: sightseeing Can Tho bridge at night; check-in Love Bridge – S-shaped winding design with two lotuses and a system of colorful LED lights.

Overnight in Can Tho.

Breakfast at the hotel. Pick you up at your hotel and then head to Chau Doc town, which is about 120 km from Can Tho. On the way, you will see a lot of beautiful rice fields, fruit, and vegetable farms.

• Head to Tra Su Cajuput Forest, it is a nature lover’s dream. That’s a fantastic place to explore nature and see many wild birds that can’t be seen in other places in their natural habitats.
• A motorboat will take you deeper into the forest, and then rowboat ladies will ferry visitors through the flooded Cajuput Forest for about 15 minutes. 
• Go trekking for 15 minutes to get to the bird-watching tower to see the whole view of the vast forest and birds perched on the branches. 
• Enjoy an authentic Vietnamese lunch in the heart of Tra Su Forest.
• Sugar palm field is a great place to take beautiful pictures. 

Back to Can Tho. Have dinner and rest at the hotel.

Free time to stroll around Can Tho city, take pictures at the ancient Ong Pagoda; Explore Ninh Kieu night market and Can Tho mural street Past and Present – recreating the cultural beauty of Can Tho people in particular, the Mekong Delta in general).

Transfer to the boat wharf, aboard to visit the best of Can Tho: 

• The Cai Rang floating market, the largest and most vibrant wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta. 
• The local noodle factory (family business) to see how to make rice noodles in the traditional way demonstrated step by step.
• Visit Binh Thuy ancient house. 

Have lunch. 

After lunch, return to Ho Chi Minh City. End trip.
